The Peterman at Yorgo's Bageldashery — rachelhrieman's Review (Aug 16, 2021)

The Peterman is a vegan burrito with tofu scramble, hash brown, house made sausage, daiya cheese, and red onion. I usually get it on a jalapeno wrap but they have multiple options. Great value, they use only organic and non-gmo tofu. Consistently good product and you can add or remove items to customize!
