Review of Plant balls - Huvudroll by hanbanann

Went to ikea and bought 2 more bags of their plant balls and made this dish inspired by a furniture store. The mashed potatoes are actually cauliflower but boy was it delicious and tasted exactly the same. Mashers and greens go perfectly with these balls and I am a BIG fan.
I meal prepped (kind of) by making 3 meals using only 18 balls, a head of broccoli, and a head of cauliflower. Yumdillyicious!!
