Mushroom Pasta

A really tasty dish made with mushrooms and coconut milk. They didn’t have the vegan macaroni as per the menu but swapped it for a vegan tagliatelle which was a super interesting purple colour!
Such a flavourful dish and SO cheap. I will 100% be ordering this again.
