Excellent dish! Tofu was made beautifully! Perfectly pressed and great texture. Something a lot of restaurants that serve tofu struggle to get correct. A tad messy, but that adds to the experience! It comes in Regular or Hot crispy tofu. I opted for the Hot as I wanted some kick to my sandwich and wasn't disappointed! Not too hot, but hot enough to make your mouth burn 🔥 Like the good kind!

Overall: Top choice if you have not been here before. Opt for the Regular if spice isn't your thing.

Toppings: Extra crispy tofu chicken, pickles, spicy slaw, and garlic mayo(vegan). Can add avocado, gardeineia, and vegan cheese.
