XL Mac Daddy at The Mocking Bird — pdxveg's Review (Aug 4, 2021)

This incredible sandwich was spectacularly delicious and satisfying! It consisted of 2X original 🌱-based 🐥, pickles, 2X cashew Mac and Cheese, and chipotle mayo. As always, the 🌱-based 🐥 was crispy on the outside with a tender meaty inside that perfectly mimicked the bird-derived version. It’s also packed with protein. The cashew cheese sauce was thick, creamy, and flavorful. Served with a creamy Mac Salad with a touch of dill that gave it a little extra zip. #saveveganrestaurants
