Review of Squash Blossom Quesadilla at Mesa Verde Restaurant by megplant

Such a beautiful dish. Love the homemade tortilla, very thick and grainy. However the entire dish was fairly unsalted and as a result somewhat bland. Felt like a mouthful of carbs and was still tasty, but kind of expected more.
