Found this skillet meal at a local discount grocer so decided to give it a try. Nice yellow curry flavor. Not spicy. Pretty small portion if you split this into 2 as recommended so I’d make sure to have some sides on hand and/or bulk it up with additional ingredients. Not sure I’d buy again - for sure not at full price but perhaps at a discount again.
