Review of Teriyaki seaweed beancurd don at Saute Sushi by fourdollars

The seaweed beancurd was so-so... Was hoping that it was chewier but it was kind of just like layers of beancurd and a little dry, if not for the mayo sauce. The seaweed did not impart as much umami as I would have liked. Not sure if it would have been better eating this at the restaurant than delivered. Overall quite ok. It was $9.90, can't remember if there were taxes.
