Review of Pastel de tres leches at Café Vegetal by zullybee

I never really liked the non-vegan version of this Mexican classic because I have issues with wet bread foods dipped in milk. But this vegan version is a delight! They added a moat of creamy coconut mylk and soy and the vanilla and strawberry cake is perfect ratio of sweetness and freshness!
