Crispy, satisfying gluten free breading covered jackfruit toss on a bed of delicious leafy greens with beans, green onions, vegan mozzarella and more! I’m a big fan of the vegan cheeses lol I will just eat them right out of the bag. 😂 what’s your fav vegan cheese? Violife is a pretty good Mozzarella! This dish was super yummy and flavorful.
