Review of Tortilla de berenjena y cebolla morada confitada at PÖTSTOT - Gluten Free / Sin gluten by asiayportia

Wow, first of all, the view! It was dark when I had dinner, so sorry for the quality of the pictures. But it’s the Sagrada Familia in the background in the first picture (also some trash lol). This is the first time I have tried a (vegan and) gluten free restaurant and this was my absolute favorite dish here: eggplant omelet with red onion confit topped with this amazing miso cream. Just wow!
