Review of Thai basil rice at Bodhi Deli 菩提斋 by ashselvar
This is honestly one of the best, if not the best take on a vegan version of Pad Kra Pao in Singapore!
I thoroughly enjoyed the sweetness from the holy basil that melded deliciously with the sesame(ish) rice. The base was soy meat, which I thought was a great idea as it gave it a lot more texture and held on to the sauce really well. I will definitely be getting this again, perhaps I’ll try the spicy version next time round! Well done, Bodhi Deli 💛👍🏾
