This brand is really miss or hit. You have to go over the same spot multiple times to get good coverage. Which isn't ideal for a eyeliner. But this brand is really inexpensive so for the price it probably does a good job. And it's impressive that such a cheap brand makes vegan products. #abillionxkinder
