First time trying these. Taste was good although it doesn't taste like a crab cake which is good. Crabs are little beings that should be left to live life on their own terms. The protein is kinda low but hey, it's jackfruit so it just takes on the flavors you put in it like tofu. I made tartar sauce using relish and Follow your Heart veganaise. I'll be buying these again!!
