Hue spicy pho with tofu and saitan at Saigon Lotus — .'s Review (Jul 21, 2021)

This restaurant serves other mains besides pho’s, but I literally never stray away from ordering pho’s here because they’re so damn tasty. This one I usually order with extra mock meat and it’s simply perfect. It’s kind of spicy (if you can’t handle heat, get their other pho options).
