Checked this out at a vegetarian Peranakan Restaurant.

Not sure if this dish is vegan because of the butter. It was not possible to have the dish without butter but I’d decided to still order it as I was curious to how the lion’s mane mushroom would taste in this dish.

Overall well executed dish, it was however too buttery for my partner’s liking.

Portion size is alright, on the smaller side. This restaurant is designed like a cafe so we felt that the pricing is a little higher than what one would expect. Prices on menu doesn’t include GST.
