So good, I went and stocked up the freezer again the next day. Soft and light; the perfect texture. And sweet. I’m a huge fan of sweet breads and this is sweet! We partnered them with a crunchy Asian slaw and Plantein vegan nugs - nugs weren’t needed overall and I went back for more with just the slaw. The only negative thing about these, they’re a limited time product. *sobs into my delicious dinner*
Edited to add: I was nervous about the cooking and end product but, I needn’t have been. 8 minutes in the steamer and they’re perfect little breads. Not an ounce of sogginess.
