Review of Margherita Pizza - sub vegan cheese at Piola by nuevedejulio

I loved Piola when I was omni, and this was my first time back as vegan. They have plenty of dishes that are vegan friendly. And they’ve been one of the first few pizza/pasta places to have vegan cheese.
With that said, I don’t love the cheese. I think it’s a combo of the cheese itself plus the amount they put on. When I scraped some off it was much better. I would just ask for 1/2 the cheese next time and it would probably be perfect. Love this place
