I went through a phase of eating this all the time 6 or 7 years ago and I burnt out on it at the time. Sad I slept on it for so long, though, as it is so delicious! I’ve tried other oil free hummus varieties along the way but they always seem lacking. This one is just *stunning* with the right amount of tahini and a rich flavor. It may not be as creamy as others but there’s no lack of flavor. Even if you don’t think you’re an eggplant fan I suggest giving it a go.
