Vegan Grainbowl - Grilled Yamabu Shitake Mushroom at Sumo Well — Josephine's Review (Jul 15, 2021)

I love how well Yamabu Shitake Mushroom (Lion's Mane Mushroom) is grilled, slightly crispy on the outside while maintaining the natural sweetness. Certainly worth the wait (it is grilled on the spot). The grainbowl looks so appetising, completed with healthy grains, proteins and vegetables. Their grains is well cooked, crunchy with a hint of nutty taste. Love the fact that it is drizzled with my favourite Sesame dressing!
