We requested the California (Vegetarian Pizza) be made w/ their vegan mozzarella & substituted the pesto (made w/ parmigiana cheese) for the marinara sauce to make this vegetarian pizza vegan. It was really good! The large chunks of garlic & quartered artichokes were divine! Hubby loved the thin, crispy crust. All veggies were organic. Honestly so good we could gave completely left the vegan mozzarella off altogether!
