This stuff is amazing! Excellent flavor, ingredients read much cleaner than other plant based cheeses, and from a great company. This is great eaten alone or cooked in a dish.

Sadly, I was lacking basil for a proper caprese, but it was still great. I added Trader Joe’s balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
