Zalmon with Truffle Bits at Saute Sushi — Emily's Review (Jul 12, 2021)

Whoa this was really crazy, in a good way! I didn’t know what to expect, but the texture was really quite spot on. The taste was not particularly “fishy” and I suspect it may have been a bit bland if it weren’t for the truffle and mayo on the top. Overall, not the best ever but definitely comparable to your regular takeaway sushi — nonetheless it’s pretty amazing that this exists!
