This consisted of basmati rice mixed with garbanzo beans, onions, peas, green beans, and red and green bell peppers, cooked with Indian spices, garnished with cilantro and almonds, and served with sweet and tangy mango chutney. This generously sized dish was hearty, but not heavy, and full of lively flavors with some 🔥. (gluten-free)
