Gelato at Hotel St.Moritzstephilosopher's Review (Jul 11, 2021)

Gelato confezionato offerto come dessert a fine pasto. Base soia, gusti variegato ai frutti rossi e variegato cioccolato. Non è al livello (altissimo) dei dessert preparati da chef Barbara, ma apprezzo la presenza costante di almeno un dolce vegan a ogni pasto.
