Since going veg over a decade ago, smoked salmon was always that “one food” I missed. I bought this product on a whim due to it’s small ingredient list and attractive price point ($5.99). I had low expectations … but WOW was I ever (pleasantly) surprised! It’s exceptional. Everyone I’ve introduced it to since has been blown away as well. Total repeat customer here. The taste and texture are bang on. And when presented on a bagel with all the typical ‘a cou tre mon’, you’d never know the difference. My only complaint is it’s difficult to find in Southern Ontario. I end up purchasing from an online retailer in QC which can be pricey due to the high minimums and shipping.
