Ingredients:
-Eggplant (1)
-courgette (2)
-mushroom ( 400 gr)
-texturized soy ( 1 bowl )
-vegan cheese ,Bedda
- lasagna plank (8)
~Sauce & bechamel ~
-Carrot (2)
- 1/3 mushroom
-rest of 🍆 and courgette
-5 spoons of tomate frito
-spices ( garlic ,onion , pimentón De la Vera ,black and white pepper , vegan bouillon )
- soy milk
- vegan butter
-whole wheat flour
-nutmeg
1th step : the day before I cooked in the grill the eggplant and the courgettes in slime slice , and the mushrooms. With the rest pieces of the vegetables and the veggies for the sauce , in slowcooked, I did the sauce .
2th step: day after 😜; I cooked the pasta and the bechamel, add the texturized soy ( previous hydrated) to the sauce and add a small glass of water . When you have every step done is the time for the “construction “.
3th step : take your favorite recipe for lasagna , and add in
a bit of the sauce for the down place of the recipe. I added the pasta , after a bit of sauce , and in order the slice of 🍆 and after the courgette , a bit of cheese and bechamel and repeat the order again. In the top , I add the big portion of bechamel and a bit of cheese and nutritional gist . #veganrecipes
