Review of Tofunagi Don at Lucky Cat by huanglee

Had high expectations for this dish seeing almost perfect reviews for it. Personally, it doesn’t closely resemble unagi (but should I expect it to? Perhaps not). Could also do with more sauce as the rice felt dry in complement. Nonetheless, an interesting and well thought out remake of unagi don. Will definitely be back to try the maki the next time round!
