This consisted of savory Tofurky hickory smoked deli slices, smoky and authentic tasting but 🐷-free Mistaken For Bacon®, creamy Mundus Foods ranch, red wine onions, provolone, spring mix, tomato, salt and pepper, plus flavorful marinated mushrooms and 2 Angry Cats hot sauce for some 🔥. It was creamy, smoky, and delicious, with just the right balance between 🌱-based meats and fresh veggies. #saveveganrestaurants
