This is a sweet and fruity sauce. It definetly feels like it's good quality with apricots being listed high on the ingredient list, which eliminates any type of artificial taste. This goes well with samoosas that have been freshly fried. Maybe a weird combination but I usually like to eat samoosas with a sweeter type of dipping sauce or just plain. This also goes well in a wrap with avocado and tofu. I thought it would have a hint of spice because of the chimichurri but I could not get the taste. Overall, I am enjoying this sauce. I will probably try out a spicier sauce from their range when this is finished.

Sounds like an interesting combination with samosa, never seen it! I'm guessing it's sweeter than the usual tamarind sauces that come with samosas? I'll have to look for something similar..
