Vegan Mapo Tufu at New Slow Boat - Corralejo — ellacora's Review (Jul 1, 2021)

This dish was already vegan. Slightly spicy but very yummy. The tofu was soft and not spongy (I don't like when the tofu is spongy). The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
