Co-wash is indispensable for me during the muggy summer days in between washesš„µ, esp after workoutš¦. And this is one of the bestšš¼
Itās sud-free, gentle and helps with moisture without weighing hair downšš»āāļø Once dried, my hair is soft and the curls bounce back nicely (btw, I have 2c/2b hair thatās fine and low-porous)
Itās veganš±, certified #crueltyfreeš°, #sulfatefreeā°, #siliconefreeāØ, #parabenfree, and free from all the other gunks (phthalates, DEA, artificial dyes, etc.)

I read in a blog about haircare that when you need to keep your hair clean but don't want to use shampoo every single day (like during summer) you can use some sort of "paste" made of chickpeas flour and water! I don't know the exact process though, because I didn't read it carefully since I wasn't interested in trying it (I don't feel completely comfortable putting flour on my hair šš) but I read that it seems to work perfectly. If you're interested maybe you can try to check this method out š¤
