Quinoa Veg Burger at Bootlegger Coffee Company — Viia's Review (Jun 27, 2021)

The beetroot, quinoa, and flax patty was excellent; flavorful and moist. The avo and lettuce were great, but I feel like the buns could have used a good helping of vegan mayo to really make this burger next level. Sweet potato fries were very tasty, if slightly too oily.
