Beetroot Avocado Sandwich

Really LOVE this plant based sandwich. Not a fan of beetroot but the beetroot patty in this doesn’t have that strong beetroot taste. Patty was nice and soft, paired well with creamy avo, tomatoes, lettuce and chilli jam. The whole meal bread I chose was so good as well, toasted till crispy and filled with seeds!
