Review of Tofu Teriyaki at Kyoto Joe by sweetpotatodiaries

Just your simple tofu skewer,
It has some teriyaki sauce brushed on the top which provides a sweet and umami flavor to this dish.🍢

The tofu is relatively soft, yet slightly on the watery/ oiler side that what I would have preferred.
