This is a very good ice cream. No waiting around for it to soften and it's super creamy. Some bites are very sweet while some are very salty. And the combination works perfectly. I don't think this is anywhere near healthy but it's ice cream after all. If you gave this to anyone I doubt they'd notice it was dairy free as it is pretty much identical to dairy ice cream. Lots of great plant based Ice cream out there, and this one might be the closest yet. #abillionturns3
