Review of Fried Chick'n Burgers - The Better Vegan by heathermmm

I had wanted to try these for a while now so when they got them in at the Grocery Outlet I was pretty excited. Two burgers was $10.99 which I feel is a bit pricey, but the burgers are quite big.
It’s ok, but I don’t love it. I probably wouldn’t buy them again. The texture is a bit gummy I thought because of the wheat gluten I guess. The outside batter is good, it’s very crispy.
The flavour overall is pretty good.
They’re definitely healthier then most faux burgers, the ingredients list is short and it’s all things I recognize like chickpea flour and canola oil. They also have 25g of protein per burger.
