Review of Eggplant Lasagna at Willow Vegan Bistro by madisonemmelia

Really good! For some reason, I didn’t enjoy it that much at the restaurant (I didn’t like the eggplant/“meat” taste), but the next day when I reheated it, it was AMAZING! My bf loved it either way so it definitely is just a taste preference. I love this, I think it just tasted very similar to meat that it threw my off haha.
