Sliced tomato&avocado over a sourdough toast with a berengana sauce (eggplant, salt, lime, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, turmeric, olive oil). I liked the taste and I appreciated the size (one person is more than satisfied with this; even two can share for mid morning let’s say). 8 dollars
