Review of Chick’n N Waffle at South x Northwest by pdxveg

This consisted of a Belgian waffle and fried 🐥-free chick’n served with vegan butter and sriracha maple syrup. This 🌱-based remake of a comfort food classic was very satisfying. The 🐥-free chick’n had an authentic meaty taste and texture, and the waffle was slightly crispy on the edges and fluffy and chewy inside, with deep pockets for the maple syrup. Regular maple syrup was also an option, but I recommend the sriracha version for its tantalizing mix of sweet and 🔥. #saveveganrestaurants
