Review of Roasted Cauliflower at Hemelhuijs by tanieskitchen

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of this dish! When I ordered it I expected it to be similar to a cauliflower “steak” and not and entire head 😂 it was wonderfully garnished and the flavours were seriously out of this world! I also loved the addition of the pear slices, it just brings the dish together completely 🥰 please try it out it you go to this beautiful restaurant!
