was a lil scared since the last cashew cheeses that I‘ve tried were horrible but thankfully this one was yummy again! quite similar to the ones from happy cashew, simple ingredients and nicely seasoned. i think that the price is totally acceptable too since it’s organic and made from cashews. doesn’t taste like cheese but it’s not supposed to anyways, I really liked it!
