I can’t believe I found this vegan Mochi ice cream! This was my favorite Mochi brand and I loved eating the strawberry Mochi ice cream from this brand so once I went vegan I thought it would take a while for them to create a vegan version but I’m so happy it’s already here! The vegan version is made with cashew milk so it doesn’t taste exactly the same but I’m pretty happy with the taste and it still has the texture of Mochi, not as soft but it’s really similar to the original. I found it at a local Target store and I’ll definitely be buying it again.
