Review of Zum Sreuen Reiberei - Bedda by monstera

I made pizza with a vegan friend and she quickly put the whole package of cheese onto the pizza so I only could take a picture of the empty bag. The cheese melted perfectly and in my opinion it tasted pretty real (at least when it came out of the oven). But I prefer selfmade cheese because of the natural ingredients and the plastic waste.
