Dry Noodle at Pinxin Vegan Cuisine — dafne kiyui's Review (Jun 6, 2021)

This was the first Pinxin dish I ever had. I got ghosted by a match on a Tinder date & figured I’d have the furthest thing possible from meat 🍖 I think I did at least end up inviting a few friends there & we had a great time with their awesome food, followed by a drink session later 🍻 This dish is by the way just amazing! It’s such a simple pairing of noodles with a soy sauce base, topped with hericium mushrooms (I honestly thought I was biting into bits of BBQ pork!), & steamed bok choy 🥬 It could just be a #takeout thing but it could really do for a larger portion 😪 #pridemonth
