Review of Popiah at Sunnychoice by kenneats

Can #popiah be called popiah without dried shrimps speckled on the bed of shredded jicama? I miss the dash of umami from the shrimps. But the popiah packs in lots of crunch from the peanuts, braised vegetables and sweetened up with a smear of molasses.
