Rigatoni by Riscossalisanthini's Review (Jun 4, 2021)

On my quest of trying all the different types of pasta I can find, I found this baby right here which is imported from Italy. So of course, I had to have it. And being a budding chef, I was so excited to make this pasta that I had been dreaming of. Sun dried tomatoes, aubergine, mushrooms, onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper all safely tucked under my golden clouds of pasta. This is the part where I ask myself am I ok. I add vegan feta and basil leaves from my garden on top like I'm Remi from Ratatouille. I take the first bite and... bliss. Ok now my assignments are calling me, gotta go.
