Got it at Carulla in Barranquilla, #Colombia. Great pattie, almost all real food ingredients (except the tbhq, why?) Heating instructions call for “baño maria”, which translates as double boiling - kinda strange, but I tried it both pan-fried and baño maria and the latter was way juicier! Great price, 7000cop for 450g (4 patties), a definite win.
