Review of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 2.84L - Blue Diamond by ranelle

Despite being unsweetened, this is a nice, creamy and smoothly flavoured almond milk.

It is a great lower fat, lower calorie almond milk option that is great both on its own and used in recipes and beverages.

It is worth noting that Almond Breeze's unsweetened vanilla almond milk is prone to curdling when mixed in hot coffee, however, this is one of the only low-fat almond milks I have found that froths in my milk frother.
For this reasons alone, it remains a staple in my household; the comparatively affordable price, great vanilla flavour, creamy consistency and versatility for use in baking and other recipes is just an added bonus.
