Review of Cauliflower Po’Boy at Native Foods Cafe by curvycarbivore

The creamy Cajun sauce on this was SO good! It made it taste like a true po’boy. The cauliflower was crispy and I liked that the toasted bread was still soft. The lettuce wilted a lotttt from the heat of the cauliflower so I didn’t care for that (I wish they used iceberg lettuce or kept the lettuce on the side). I didn’t feel overly stuffed by the end, and the side salad is always a healthy choice! 💲12.75
